1. Introduction to MPNITE
MPNITE is a global demand creating smart manufacturing platform that rapidly and accurately connects manufacturing demand with providers, based on AI.
- AI Auto-Quotation: Process breakdown and quotation estimation based on drawings/requirements
- Process & Equipment Matching: Optimal provider recommendation based on equipment capability and material (Smart Layering)
- Operation Status Check: Priority matching to idle equipment based on idle status information
- Project Management: Request > Quote > Order > Delivery analyzed on a single platform

2. Introduction to the Beta Test
- Purpose: Recruiting capable providers to participate prior to official launch
- Duration: Approximately 6~8 weeks from selection until official launch
- Target: Manufacturing providers (SMEs) that own equipment and wish to secure new requests
- Scope: Register equipment capability / material types / material unit cost > automatic quotation review through pre-simulation > test requests Reception > production > delivery > payment > feedback

- Priority Matching Opportunity: Preferential connection with initial demand at official launch
- Free Use of Core features: Free access to AI quotation and process recommendation·matching features during the beta period.
- Priority Exposure on Platform: Higher priority in search results

- Joint Promotion: Success cases will be co-published as press releases and references (with consent).

4. Participation Requirements
- Ability to register information on owned equipment, processes, and key manufactured products
- Assign a responsible person to handle quotations and delivery responses within deadlines
- Participate in feedback meetings with the manager during the beta period (online)

5. How to Participate
- Enter application information (company/manager/equipment summary) through Beta Participation Application
- Approval by the operations team and issuance of beta account
- Submit quotations and share results → Provide feedback on improvements

6. Operations and Security

- All drawings and transaction information are stored encrypted and access-controlled

- Sensitive information obtained during the beta period will be destroyed after the purpose is achieved (within laws/terms and conditions scope)
- NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) can be executed if necessary
