Manufacturing Method and Material Recommendation (Smart Layer™): When you set the desired product characteristics such as strength, precision, heat resistance, and cost efficiency, MPNITE's proprietary Smart Layer™ technology analyzes these requirements and automatically recommends the optimal manufacturing method and material (CMF) combination, reflecting them in the quote.

Delivery Schedule and Quantity (MOQ): Unit prices vary depending on whether urgent production is required or there is ample time, and whether it involves small-batch production or mass production. MPNITE identifies the most efficient production conditions tailored to the customer's specified delivery schedule and quantity.

Utilizing Idle Equipment: MPNITE's core competitive advantage lies in leveraging ‘idle equipment’. By monitoring equipment operational status, we assign simple, high volume tasks to idle equipment currently without assignments or to depreciated, aging equipment. Why can the quote vary even though the design is the same?
Quotes you checked yesterday may differ today due to variables such as manufacturing processes, materials, certain MOQ idle equipment, and other factors. This occurs because MPNITE's pricing system is not fixed, but reflects real-time manufacturing environments to find the most optimal conditions.
Manufacturing partner circumstances: Prices may be adjusted according to external factors such as raw material price fluctuations and contractors' internal work schedules. MPNITE uses a "master unit price" system for material costs, making it difficult for contractors to freely adjust material unit prices at their discretion.
